As quoted from Jesse Jackson “If my mind can conceive it and
my heart can believe it, I know I can achieve it”, I am going to be successful in
building the new me.
Last 2013, I develop a helter-skelter me. I was not very
careful with what I am saying, and also what I am doing, that is why I have
hurt the feelings of my classmates. I was also very lazy that I only do assignments
and even projects if the deadline is the following day.
This year, I want to be a person like the fireworks
glittering on the sky, I want to be productive. I am going to use the time I am
wasting to more important. Maybe I am going to use it to train myself on math
related topics or maybe discover new talents I can be proud of. I want to be
more careful with the words that I say and the things I do.
I am making a very big metamorphosis in me. But I am going
to apply what I have read on the internet. Experts say that New Years’ Resolutions
can’t be done for one day, two days, or three, it takes time. That is why they
suggest that all the resolutions must be subdivided to those days because according
to researchers, the more we think of that big thing we will do, the more the
chance we will not do that thing. So I am going to gradually change my bad
practices.
I know it will be very hard, but I have faith on what
Jackson said. As long as I am determined, as long as I believe I can do it, I
can achieve it!
