Dear President Aquino,Greetings!I would like to thank you our good President for trying to level us, the Filipino Students to have equal training with the genius students of other countries. But behind this training, behind K-12, I would like to show you a part of reality in my school, Ilocos Sur National High School.Many students in our school specially at our Values and Math buildings suffers flood every time rain drops. The water from a part of Vigan flows here for our school was built to one of the lowest part of Vigan City.Around 4 to 5 thousand students enter and leave the school but it has only 110 classrooms.These are just some of the major problem in our school. I have posted this letter so that you our dear President may be able to know and give us a hand to handle this problems.
